Brilliant product, brings carpets up lovely, easy to use and not too heavy

I think this is an improvement over earlier models. It doesn't spit out carpet fluff like my previous one. The bottom tank is easier to get on and off and I find the attachment hose easier to put on. same great cleaning ability.

This is a truly wonderful piece of kit and so much worth the money. It has brought a medium quality stair and hall carpet back to life with minimal use of specialist fluid. I have a very muddy (despite all precautions) young Labrador, so the carpet was quite soiled and patchy but now looks like new. The unit is easy to use and easy to dismantle, clean and reassemble. Carpet dried in about 8 hours even though pile is reasonably deep. Extremely happy with this product. Kevin

It is easy to use and gets a lot of dirt out of my carpets. I have had to go over stains more than once or twice to see a difference- but they are very old stains! It did a lot better with newer stains. I seem to get through a lot of the detergent to wash a relatively small area and the Vax branded stuff is very expensive - I am going to see if I get similar results with a less expensive detergent. I think it will give better results if used on new carpets from the start - mine were well-worn and ingrained.
