I needed a larger capacity machine to cope with duvets, dog beds and blankets and this machine did not disappoint, coping with everything thrown at so far with ease. I have used the extra cycles you can use via the app and have no problem with connectivity. The steam function has really cut down on ironing times too. The only thing to watch out for is the extra depth of the machine (something I didn't think of when checking sizing, and now have a machine that sticks out a little from under the counter - but a small price to pay for the convenience of less loads, and the larger capacity.

I have only used the Machine for a week or so . Good results .easy to use .

Very pleased, the drum is huge compared to my previous 12kg machine, washes well & effortlessly , love the 1400 spin.

Love the large drum so we can wash a duvet and it’s super quiet.

So far so good. I have only had it about a month but wash 2-3 loads per week. It's cut that down from 3-4 loads with my smaller washer that I've replaced. I am also able to wash my king size duvet, which is the reason I chose this one. The app is very helpful as it has so many different settings. Also love that it sends me a notification that the cycle is finished, so I don't forget about it (it is in the garage). Nothing I don't like about it so far!
