To celebrate National Punch Day, we thought it was only right to share our favourite fruity prosecco punch!

This one will have your guests asking for more, so be prepared to double all the ingredients. You should make this one in advance and add the Prosecco and ice cubes just before serving, as this will give the punch the time to develop the flavours and the lovely red colour.

Here's what you'll need...

  • 150g fresh strawberries
  • 200g fresh raspberries
  • 2 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • 150ml Cointreau
  • 150ml sugar cane syrup
  • 300ml elderflower pressé (aka lemonade)
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco
  • A good 5 handfuls of ice cubes

Here's how it's done... Step 1

Cut off the stalks and quarter the strawberries. Cut the limes and lemon into fine slices.
