One response to “4 Simple Fruit Smoothies”

Fruit already contains a fair amount of sugar so adding refined sugar to these recipes is counter productive to being healthy. Maple Syrup and Rice Syrup have lower sugar/calorific content to honey. Adding a teaspoon or 2 of cinamon (appox 2g per teaspoon no more than 6g) should help with lowering the sugar spike from smoothies.
