    • 3-5 strawberries
    • 1 banana
    • 5 tbsp milk
    • 225g yoghurt

    Big Apple smoothie

    Our fruity take on New York. This healthy favourite is an ideal snack for fuelling your day when you’re out and about.

    • 1 ½ fresh apples
    • ½ cup of yogurt
    • Some milk
