Here's how it's done...
You will need...
- 200 fresh strawberries, plus extra for garnish
- Handful red grapes
- 3 tbsp sugar or honey
- Juice of a lemon
- 1 small orange, sliced
- Handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 bottle chilled Rosé wine or Sparkling Rosé
- 120ml chilled pink grapefruit juice
- 60ml vodka (or spirit of your choice)
- Ice, to serve
Here's how it's done

Slice the strawberries and grapes.

Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice and sugar. Stir to combine and leave for 10 minutes to allow the fruit to release their juice.

Transfer the fruit and juices into a large pitcher.

Pour in the grapefruit juice and stir well to dissolve the sugar.

Add the orange slices, vodka and mint and stir again.
