    Hawaiian Berry Smoothie

    Slurp your way into summer with this Hawaiian berry smoothie topped with a skewer of fresh fruit.

    The orange layer is packed with mango, banana and an orange and the purple layer is a mixture of yoghurt and our favourite berries. Use a bread knife or a chop stick to create different designs on the side of your glass.

    Here's what you'll need and how it's done...

    For the orange layer:

    • 1 orange
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 cup mango
    • half a glass of orange juice

    For the berry layer:

    • 1 cup raspberry yoghurt
    • 1 cup of berries
    • 1/2 a cup of milk / hazelnut milk
