Here's what you'll need...

  • 2 cups double cream
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 shot of espresso liquid
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

    Using a coffee machine make a small espresso, allow to cool completely.

    Pour double cream into a standing mixer, whisk on a high setting until peaks form.

    Pour in cooled espresso liquid along with espresso powder and combine.

  • 4

    In a freezable container add the condensed milk, start adding in the cream and mix until combined and smooth.

    Add chocolate chips and stir through.

  • 6

    Pop the lid on and freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy!
