Using a coffee machine, make a small espresso, allow to cool completely. Pour double cream into a standing mixer, whisk on a high setting until peaks form. Pour in cooled espresso liquid along with espresso powder and combine.
In a freezable container add the condensed milk, start adding in the cream and mix until combined and smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir through.
Pop the lid on and freeze overnight. Serve and enjoy!
