    Easy 3-ingredient bagel

    Craving a warm, chewy bagel but short on time and ingredients? These fuss-free 3-ingredient bagels are your new breakfast best friend.

    Ingredients:

    • 130g self-raising flour
    • 155g Greek yoghurt
    • 1 egg (for egg wash)
    • Optional: Sesame seeds for topping

    Step 1 - Mix the dough

    Add the self-raising flour and greek yoghurt to a stand mixer bowl. Using the flat beater attachment, mix until a smooth dough forms.



    Step 2 - Shape the bagels

    Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into equal portions (depending on your desired bagel size). Roll each portion into a ball, then poke a hole in the centre and gently stretch into a bagel shape.



    Step 3 - Add toppings

    Brush each bagel with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.



    Step 4 - Air fry

    Place the bagels into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. Cook at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.



    Step 5 - Serve

    Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
