Recreating Ross’ sandwich with Christmas leftovers

Recreating Ross’ sandwich with Christmas leftovers

Recreate Ross’ moist-maker sarnie with your Christmas leftovers. 2 Simple Steps – let’s go!

    Ingredients:

    • Chicken or turkey
    • ¼ inch chicken stock
    • Cranberry sauce
    • Sliced tomatoes
    • Bread
    • Gravy
    • Lettuce
    • Mayonnaise
    • Stuffing pieces
    • Gravy
    • Butter

    Here's how it's done... Step 1

Heat oven to 200 degrees / Gas Mark 6. Place chicken in high sided baking tray, add ¼ inch of chicken stock to the tray and place the chicken in the oven. Reheat until the liquid bubbles. When the chicken is cooked through to 70 degrees Celsius –it’s done!

    Step 2

Next, you need turkey slices, cranberry sauce, sliced tomatoes, bread, gravy, lettuce, mayo and stuffing pieces. First, butter one slice of bread. Place the gravy in a shallow bowl. Now coat each side of bread in the gravy – go on, dip it!

    Step 3

Butter two more pieces of bread, spread mayo on top of each slice, add lettuce, a slice of turkey on each and cranberry sauce.

    Step 4

Add stuffing on each slice. Now put the bread coated in gravy over the top of one of your decorated slices. Then add the other decorated slice over the top.

    Step 5

Creating your 3 layered sandwich with the gravy slice in the middle, squash it down and cut into halves. Introducing you to a new Christmas delicacy – the Moist Maker. It couldn’t ‘BE’ any tastier?
