    Here's what you'll need for the spices...

    • 2 Tbsp Butter
    • 1 Tbsp Ginger
    • 2 Tbsp Garlic
    • 2 Tbsp Coriander  powder
    • 1 Tbsp Cumin
    • 1 ½ Tsp Chilli
    • ¾ Tsp Turmeric
    • 1 Tsp Black Pepper

    ...and for the  browning and sauté...

    • 2-3 chicken fillets
    • 285g Greek yoghurt
    • 238ml Tomato sauce
    • 1 Tsp Salt
    • 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 Tbsp Honey
    • 4 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
    • 1 Tbsp dried Fenugreek
    • 120ml double cream

    Here's how it's done...

    Step 1

    Add butter, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, cumin, chilli, turmeric and black pepper, then stir.

    Step 2

    Add boneless chicken, Greek yoghurt, tomato sauce, salt, lemon juice, honey and tomato paste, then stir again.

    Step 3

    Next, cook for 9 minutes on the ‘Slow Cook’ setting.

    Step 4

    Add Garam masala, fenugreek and cream. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves & serve along with spicy pickles, raita, naan & chilled sitar music, for truly authentic Indian vibes.
