We’ve teamed up with Yodel to bring you a Click & Collect service. Now there’s no need to worry about being in for a delivery. Click & Collect lets you choose from over 7,000 locations across the UK that you can have your order delivered to. All you have to do is pick it up when you have the time.
Click & Collect is simple. Here’s what you need to know.
At the checkout, we’ll show you a map of all your local stores so you can choose where you pick your order up from.
You might be able to pick a delivery date, but if not, it’ll be delivered within 3 days.
Once your order’s confirmed, we’ll send you an email with a link to Track Your Order. So, you know exactly where it’s up to.
You’ll get a text and an email to let you know that your order is ready to be picked up.
Not got a message on delivery day? Don’t worry, orders can be delivered as late as 9pm.
We’ll send you a reminder about your order if you haven’t collected it within 3 days, and then another after 7 days.
When it comes to collecting your order, there’s a few things you need to know.
You’ll need your unique barcode and a valid ID to pick up your order. Unable to pick up on your chosen day? Don’t worry. You’ll have 10 days to collect once it’s been delivered.
We always try to offer Click & Collect, but there are times when the service might not be available.
Some products are simply too big for Click & Collect. You’ll find out at the checkout if your order qualifies.
Because the products are going to a store, other services like installation, disposal and recycling won’t be available.
We can’t offer finance on any Click & Collect orders.
Click & Collect isn’t available if you live in the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
