What treats do you make on Father’’s Day morning? For my other half, we tend to make a fry up, but this year we decided to go upmarket, only with as little effort as possible.

Here’’s how to make our Father’’s Day breakfast platter. It’’s packed with yummy breakfast treats, but there’’s no weighing, you’’ll only need one pan, and the rest can be done in the microwave!

  • 2 English muffins
  • 1 slice streaky bacon
  • 1 beef tomato
  • 2 slices black pudding
  • Small handful grated cheese
  • 1 spring onion
  • Butter (for muffins and to grease)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice prosciutto
  • 1 slice smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
