Need a special dessert for a special occasion? Or fancy spoiling yourself just because….?! Our heavenly Kinder Bueno cheesecake makes smiles all round. You’ll need your Kitchen Aid or food mixer at the ready…
Then just 3 steps to wow – let’s go!

Ingredients

For the base
170g/6 oz biscuits
2 Bueno bars
6 tbsp/ 90g melted butter

For the filling
8g gelatin powder
40 ml water
10 oz/250g Kinder chocolate
180ml double cream
500g cream cheese
40g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For the decoration
2 Bueno bars
120ml of cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

The Base

    Crush the biscuits into really fine crumbs, then add 2 Bueno bars and mix into the biscuit crumbs until completely mixed in

    Add melted butter then pulse until evenly mixed again
    Now press firmly into the bottom of the pan and once it’s even, stick in the fridge to refrigerate …….

The Heavenly Filling!

    Add gelatin powder and water to your bowl then stir. Allow it to bloom for 10 minutes
    In the mean time add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the mixer and beat until smooth

    Melt more Kinder chocolate and add into the cream mixture and beat again until really smooth
    Add cold cream and start to whip into fluffy peaks with the right mixing attachment

    Now back to our gelatine mixture, microwave it for 15 seconds
    Add 4 tablespoons of your creamy mixture to the gelatin and stir until it’s all completely mixed, then pour the gelatin mix into the bowl of the creamy cheesecake mixture and mix thoroughly
    Pour into the pan, covering your biscuit base. Now it needs to be refrigerated for at least 6 hours or more…

Decoration Time!

    Release the cake from the pan and drizzle or pipe with milk chocolate in whatever pattern you like
    Then mix cold cream with more powdered sugar & vanilla extract and whip up into stiff peaks
    Decorate all the way around the cake

    Take 2 Kinder bars and break into 1/4s and add a piece into each peak
    Cut a slice and serve… then eat and drift off into food heaven…
