Ingredients:

For the base

  • 170g/6 oz biscuits
  • 2 Bueno bars
  • 6 tbsp/ 90g melted butter
 

For the filling

  • 8g gelatin powder
  • 40 ml water
  • 10 oz/250g Kinder chocolate
  • 180ml double cream
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 40g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
 

For the decoration

  • 2 Bueno bars
  • 120ml of cream
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
