Calling all DIY fans! If you’re getting married soon and fancy saving some pennies by printing and making some of the elements yourself then look no further because this post is for you! Everybody knows how expensive weddings can be so I always think it’s great to DIY a few things, especially when they’re as easy to make as these.
We’re sharing three fun printables with you today, they’re completely free to download and the good news is you don’t have to sacrifice on quality either! I printed all of these projects using the HP deskjet 2633 and I’m so impressed with how they turned out! Not only was the printer ridiculously easy to set up but I can now print straight from my phone (such a bonus!!) AND the colours printed out beautifully onto the paper. Win win! So what are the projects I hear you cry??
Possibly one of the easiest pieces of DIY décor is your table numbers, simply print these pages out onto A4 paper pop them in white frames and job done! You could fancy up the frames by placing florals or foliage around them or simply have them on higher stands in the center of the tables so that they’re more eye-catching. The download includes up to 12 table numbers to cater for big weddings too! Download your table numbers here:
Well wishes for the couple
If you don’t like the idea of having a guest book then why not print out these well wishes for the couple cards, cut them out and pop them on the tables with a few pens? At the end of the evening make sure one of your wedding party collects them all for you to read the day after the wedding. They would be lovely all glued into a memory or scrapbook too! Download your well wishes here.
You don’t have to have wedding favours but I always think a small bottle of alcohol is a great way to do favours easily, you can pop the bottles by everyone’s place names or by their napkins and they can decide whether they want to take them home as a keepsake or crack the bottle open right there and then! To make the bottles a little more personal I love the idea of putting your own labels on them to match the theme. We’ve got 5 different bottle label designs here all with super cute slogans on like ‘hooray!’ and ‘Yippee!’ Download your printable labels here.
So there you have it, three easy projects for your wedding! This is just the start too, there are so many more things you can DIY for your big day when you’ve got a great printer at home, think invitations, thank you cards, garlands, place names, the list goes on! Happy crafting! xx
