Whether you’re looking for a perfect dish to serve up to guests, or just want a new meal to tantalise your tastebuds, this dish will do more than impress. Not only does it look absolutely amazing when you serve it, but it’s simple to cook up, and tastes divine!
First off, you will need to pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees. Then, grab a large baking tray and spread out 200 grams of kale and top with capers.
Chop or finely grate the garlic, and mix it into a bowl along with the panko breadcrumbs and paprika. Then, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Next, make scores in both sides of the sea bass body, and place on top of the kale and capers. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Top the sea bass with the paprika, garlic and breadcrumb mix, and cook in the oven for 25-30 minute (or until a thin metal skewer can slide easily into the thickest part of the fish).
Finally, top with the chive and return to the oven for five minutes. Squeeze the lemons over the Sea Bass and serve.
