Streaky bacon
Carrots
Parsnips
Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
Quarter your potatoes and boil for five minutes.
Whilst the potatoes are boiling, wrap each chipolata in a slice of streaky bacon and place in a roasting tin. Place in the oven for 30 minutes until browned and crispy.
Drain the potatoes and place on a roasting try along with your sliced carrots and parsnips, brush with oil and roast for 30 minutes until golden.
