For those days when a choc ice simply won’t cut it, you need the ULTIMATE ice cream sundae.
This beauty has a crunchy chocolate rim, two types of biscuit, three kinds of ice cream, squirty cream and chocolate sauce. Oh yes, this sundae isn’t messing around!
Here's what you'll need...
- A few squares of dark chocolate
- 1 oaty biscuit
- 3 caramel chocolate biscuit fingers
- A few spoonfuls of chocolate sauce
- 1 scoop raspberry ripple ice cream
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Squirty cream (not pictured)
Here's how it's done...
-
1
Melt the chocolate in the microwave on a small plate, then roll the edge of your glass in it to coat the rim.
-
2
On a second plate, crush the biscuit and then gently roll the glass in it so that the crumbs stick to the chocolate.
-
3
Using a teaspoon, drizzle some chocolate sauce in zig zags all over the inside of the glass.
-
4
Cut two of the caramel biscuit into quarters and the remaining one in half lengthways.
-
5
Drop 2-3 pieces of the caramel biscuit into the glass.
-
6
Add a scoop of raspberry ripple ice cream.
-
7
Drop 2-3 more pieces of the caramel biscuit into the glass and add a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
-
8
Drop the remaining pieces of the caramel biscuit into the glass.
-
9
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top with a generous swirl of squirty cream.
-
10
Drizzle with more chocolate sauce, push the long caramel biscuit finger pieces in to finish and enjoy!
