Is the product in stock?
95% of the products we sell are ready to be dispatched from our warehouse straight away. If we advertise the item as available for next day delivery, then it's definitely in stock. Where the item is not available for delivery for a few days, the item is in stock with the manufacturer and the date displayed is the earliest we can deliver to you; you can choose this date or any date after that.
Do you do discounts or price match?
We don't do discounts but we do price match if you find the product cheaper elsewhere. Find out more here.
When will you deliver?
We offer FREE delivery, 7 days a week, even Next Day (free until 8pm). You can choose our Same Day delivery service for £29.99. If you need your delivery to be at a specific time, we offer 4 hour timeslots for £19.99. Find out more here.
Why can't I order for next day delivery?You can order for next day delivery up until midnight (postcode restrictions apply) as long as the product is in stock. If we don't have the product in stock at our warehouse, the product will be in stock with the manufacturer and the date you can see is the earliest date we can deliver to you.
I'm not sure when I want delivery?No problem. Order today to secure the price and you can select a date up until 6 weeks in the future. If you need to change it at any time, just give us a call.
Can I have my appliance connected and/or the old one taken away?Yes! We offer this service on most products. Find out more here.
What time is my delivery?You'll receive a text message at 7am, on the morning of your delivery, with your estimated 4 hour timeslot. If your delivery is due before 9am, we'll send you your text message at 6:30am. To keep up to date with any changes to this, on your delivery day, track your order at ao.com/yourorder. Please note, this time may change as your driver makes their way to you.
How can I give the driver instructions for delivery?The best thing to do is call your driver on 01204 672680 on the day of delivery. You can give your driver extra information to make sure your delivery goes smoothly but unfortunately your driver cannot change your timeslot or narrow it down further for you.

My product isn't working properly, what should I do?The best people to help you if your product isn't working properly are the manufacturers. They'll be able to help diagnose any issues and get them sorted for you.
I didn't get any paperwork. Where's my invoice and promotion form?You'll receive your invoice and claim forms for any ao.com promotions you are eligible for, by email, within 72 hours of delivery.
I want to return my product. What should I do?You can return your product for an exchange or full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Find out more here.
