AO Experiential Winner – Terms & Conditions

By redeeming your AO experience winning gift (“Gift”), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. The promoter of the experience is AO Retail Limited, AO Park, 5a The Parklands, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4SD (“Promoter/AO/us/our/we”).
2. There is no charge for redeeming a winning Gift.
3. Images shown are representative of the Gift we’ll send so it may be a similar make or model. We also reserve the right to substitute the Gift won for an item of equivalent or greater monetary value. No cash or other alternative will be offered. The Gift is non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Gifts are limited to one per person.
5. The following are not eligible to redeem a Gift: (a) Persons under the age of 18; or (b) Employees of AO or its sponsors. If you fall into either of these categories you must notify us immediately.
6. The Gift will be delivered to the address provided by the winner for gift-redemption purposes. Please note that, whilst AO offers home delivery to UK postcodes (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland) certain products cannot be delivered to certain parts of Northern Ireland.
7. In the event that a winner fails to provide details for delivery, is unreachable, is ineligible or fails to redeem the Gift in accordance with any process or time-scale stated on their winner-card (if any), the Gift will be forfeited.
8. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies exclude responsibility and all liabilities: (a) arising out of any delay or cancellation of delivery/fulfilment of the Gift; and/or (b) for any claims, costs, injuries, loss or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with redemption, possession or use of any Gift.
9. The Promoter will not be liable for any Gift(s) that do not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10. The winner’s name and address will be retained on a winner’s log. The winner agrees to the use of their name, location and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter.
11. The Promoter may decline to fulfil a Gift if the winner (or anyone authorised by the winner), acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive.
12. Winners will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them by redeeming their Gift.
13. AO may use information, including personal data, submitted by winners in connection with redemption of a winning gift in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available to view here [https://ao.com/help-and-advice/my-ao/privacy-and-security] and contains information about your legal rights.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or alter these terms at any time (acting reasonably).
15. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the experience and/or redemption of a Gift, shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales.
