    Here´s what you´ll need...

    Here´s what you´ll need...

    • 250g dark chocolate
    • 175g butter
    • 50g pistachios
    • 50g almonds, flaked or whole
    • 4 eggs
    • 300g caster sugar
    • 180g flour
    • 1 level tsp baking powder
    • 1 pinch salt

    Before we start...

Line the tin with baking paper by making an overlarge square and cutting diagonally into the corners.

    Preheate oven to 175°C (350°F).

    Here´s how it´s done...

    Step 1

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt with the butter in the pan on induction level 2 (or heat in a bowl with hot water). Then chop the pistachios and almonds into the coarse chunks.

    Step 2

Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Slowly stir in the melted chocolate and butter.

    Step 3

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together and fold into a mixture. Add the chopped pistachios and almonds and pour into the prepared tin and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

    And serve!
