    Delicious Chocolate Cookies

We're back with week 2 of AO Bake Off! This week, @peartreecottagelife creates the most delicious chocolate cookies - you really don't want to miss these!

Welcome back to our second week of AO Bake Off! It only felt right that we jumped on the #GBBO biscuit week bandwagon with @peartreecottagelife‘s favourite chocolate cookies recipe.

Not only are delicious, but they’re also extremely easy to make with a helping hand from the Bosch Serie 6 double oven.

    Ready. Set. Bake!

    Ingredients:

    • 200g dark chocolate, broken up
    • 50g unsalted butter
    • 1x 397g can of condensed milk
    • 225g self-raising flour
    • 65g white or milk chocolate broken into small pieces

    Step 1

Add the dark chocolate & butter to a glass bowl and place over a pan of barely simmering water.

Allow to melt and stir occasionally.

    Step 2

Remove from the heat, add the condensed milk & allow to cool slightly.

Carefully stir in the flour, followed by the white chocolate pieces.

    Step 3

Place the bowl into the fridge for approximately 20 minutes, until the mixture is firm enough to handle.

    Step 4

Using a tablespoon measure, scoop up evenly sized amounts of the cookie dough & place on a baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

    Step 5

Cook in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes and remove whilst still soft looking, with a shine, as they harden up quickly.

    Step 6

Carefully remove from the trays and allow to cool on a wire rack.

    Once cooled, enjoy!
