With 200 Watts of power, the stainless steel Cross Blade spins at 10,000rpm, so most prep jobs are done in 10 seconds or less. You're in charge of the texture, too. Use lock-on mode for hands-free blending when you want silky soups and salad dressings, or pulse it for chunky salsa and chopped onions. The kit comes with 2 cups in different sizes, a to-go lid for taking your smoothie out the door, and a stay-fresh resealable lid so you can batch prep garlic or houmous and pop it in the fridge for later. When you're done, the cups go straight in the dishwasher. Nice and simple.
