    Was worried about ordering online and not having seen the product, I shouldn't have been as this product has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, appearance and overall effect. It looks really smart, the range of effects are as realistic as you could hope to achieve from an electric fire. The two-setting heater is very effective, but not silent - it hums like a regular fan heater but is not intrusive. It looks amazing in my lounge, so pleased. Very fast delivery and AO was the cheapest. Would highly recommend.
