It's a bit tricky to get used to. The user manual os generalised for all of their ovens and pretty useless. The oven itself cooks the food great. I would always use the preheat function or it takes a bit to heat up too.

The pictures on the type of cooking settings are very small and difficult to read. Fan cooking alone is described as hot air. The interior is neat and easy to clean although we have not tried the pyrolytic clean yet. There is only one shelf and one pan which is rather shallow for cooking roasts. Fortunately we kept the grill pan from our old one which fits nicely. The timer settings are difficult to understand. Turning the oven on is also haphazard, as the start button can take up to four pushes before cooking starts, which is indicated by the clock starting. There could be more settings on the temperature control, most items cook at 180 deg. but this is guesswork with the dial. Cooks very well.

Easy to install and up and running within 20 minutes of delivery. Kept the old shelves from the last oven which happen to fit this. The controls are not easy to read as the symbols are so small, and the temperature scale is a bit hit and miss if you want 180C. Also the start stop button does not seem to work the first time always. Other than that the oven seems to work perfectly, three chickens were cooked perfectly at the same time. Have not tried the pyrolytic function yet.

AO were good as usual, however, the oven is disappointing, always took a long time to heat up and now the heating element has failed within warranty and the level of customer service supplied by Hisense was appalling. Have waited 5 weeks without an oven so far. Hisense and their associated sub contractors for the repair have been very disappointing. I will not ever buy anything from Hisense again.
