Product came quickly in original packaging. Great little machine, slightly heavy on the wrist for 30min hoovering but normal use is fine. Brushbar removal is slightly fiddly but design is great to easily remove long hair that gets wrapped round. However after a few times removing the brushbar and replacing, the powered floorhead now makes a horrible noise.. Product has 3 year guarantee so might try and contact vax. Would recommend for small homes.

Light and easy to use

Love this little vacuum cleaner, I am not old but I do have mobility issues & arthritis, meaning that I can no longer use the heavier machines & hubby always had to do the carpets. This vacuum is very lightweight & I am able to do it myself now, I found it to be very good at picking up the daily dust & dog hair on a daily basis. I personally would leave it to build up over a few days though, I’m not sure how this particular vacuum would cope with that. The lack of additional tools, doesn’t bother me, because I have always brushed my soft furnishings. All in all, this is a great little vacuum for the price paid & does me well in my little flat.

Used a few times, very good at picking stuff up. Only downside is lack of attachments . But very good product for a good price

It's lightweight. The turbo suction is great and cleans the dog hair in a flash! Would recommend
