Had the coffee maker a week. The size is perfect for a kitchen alcove. Modern design enables it to be blend in rather than being the monster lurking in the corner. The noise is acceptable but still enough to wake a quiet house but most bean to cup machines are much more of an assault on the ears. Plenty of options to change the strength, temperature etc. The ability to draw milk straight from the milk container is very useful. Pre-brewing makes a positive difference. I like the two cup function. The rinsing on starting and when it is turned off uses a lot of water thus requiring regular emptying. Looked at the Smeg but found this more appealing.

Very easy to use and great coffee.

Does exactly what it says. The drip tray and water tank are rather small, even in household of two, the water tank needs filled daily. The machine isn't tiny, so why such a tiny tank. Menu is fine, but to alter water parameters on a drink you have to make the drink. That's a budget feature on a premium machine, and slightly dissapointing. Build quality, tolerances and attention to detail match the price,.

Nice machine. Easy to use. Bean to cup without hassle

An excellent, quality build machine which produces an equally excellent cup of coffee. I’d say the Black Friday deal is about the right price point but not the RRP. The milk foam and separation is almost perfect and the “one touch for 2 cups” is a brilliant design although I would like to see an LED indicator to show it has been selected. As others have said, the water tank and the drip tray are a little small. The facility to brew a small pot of coffee is useful but the optional Miele pot at almost £200 is massively expensive - I use the Siemens equivalent at £40 along with the Jura milk jug at £20 which are excellent. The cleaning routines are simple to carry out. All in all, with the flexibility to alter the parameters in settings, this is a superb quality choice for barista quality coffee at home and one of the best machines I have used.
