Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with this fridge freezer which I bought to replace my previous AEG it is supposed to be the exact same model as my old one it doesn’t seem to be as big inside. I have had a problem since day one with water accumulating on the back which sometimes freezes. I have contacted customer services who tell me that it’s normal to have water on the back with this model. I do not recommend this product at all and I wish I had never bought it.
