Edo-era Kyoto has been twisted by malevolent clouds of Malice, and the historic capital's streets now hide monstrosities from the underworld known as Genma. At the centre of Onimusha Way of the Sword stands a samurai who wields the Oni Gauntlet, a mystical artefact that grants its bearer the power to cut down these creatures. He fights his way through gritty, blood-soaked brawls across stages cloaked in mystery, danger and intrigue, searching all the while for his reason to fight. Every duel is intense swordplay, and every stage pulls him deeper into a tale of dark fantasy where the line between man and demon blurs. What fate waits at the end of his path? That's for you to find out.
