Very good clearing for the price, easy to put together

I have so far been able to make it work so would like to return it please

This item was purchased to replace a very old Vax. We werer looking after a crazy untrained puppy and in spite of our best efforts we were unable to persuade him to mdo his business outside. The cat's seemed to follow suit and the upstairs began to smell such that I was personally very sick. I am an 86 year old veteran was not coping. My grandson spent hours on his hands and knees with a scrubbing brush and all kinds of carpet cleaner concoctions. The Tower Carpet Cleaner was magic, not only was the carpets quickly cleaned but it got rid of the smell too. Not an expensive cleaner but brilliant performance. 11 out of 10!!!¬

Fantastic product and great for pet hair

Very inefficient carpet cleaner- don't buy it! Water tank holds 2.3 litre and machine only managed to pull back one pint of waste water leaving the majority in the carpet! Poor results with the carpet still stained after use - you are better off hiring a rug doctor! Really disappointing machine and I am stuck with it now! I wouldn't recommend it at all for any serious cleaning. Maybe if you only wanted a carpet 'freshen up' it might be OK but don't expect it to actually do any cleaning or give visibly clean results from it or you will be incredibly disappointed! I was! I regret this purchase very much
