- How do I refer a friend?
Simply sign up, choose which friends you'd like to refer, and all they have to do is either use your name or your email address at checkout to receive the discount. You can refer as many friends as you'd like and earn rewards for each successful referral.
- Where can I find my referral link?
Your referral link is usually available in the referral programme page or referral email.
- How will I get my reward?
If you have referred a friend, once your friend's purchase has been confirmed, you will be able to use a unique code at checkout to use your discount. If your friend has referred you, simply insert their name or their email address when you check-out and your discount will be added to your basket.
- How long after my friend's purchase will I receive my reward?
Rewards are typically sent once your friend's order has been confirmed and any applicable return period has passed. It may take a few days to process your reward but don’t worry – it’s on its way!
- My friend used my link but it isn't showing up. What should I do?
Check that they completed the purchase using the referral link and get in touch if needed.
