Integrated laundry installation
Find out everything you need to know about our integrated laundry installation service.
Whether it’s a new integrated washing machine or washer dryer, our fully trained team can get it installed for just £115. We’re also approved by the NICEIC. Who? Only the UK’s leading electrical assessor. Find out what’s included in this service and what you can do to prepare for us.
What we'll do
If you’re replacing an old washing machine or washer dryer, we’ll happily disconnect that for you. If you’ve selected our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll happily disconnect your old one for you.
We’ll connect your new integrated appliance to an existing water and electrical supply. Just make sure they’re within 1 metre of where your new appliance is going. We’ll also attach your cupboard door to your new appliance and then run a cycle test (no bikes involved) to make sure everything is working properly.
We’ll snap a quick picture once we’ve finished installation for our records.
If there’s any packaging from your new appliance, we’ll take it with us when we’re done. Chosen our Remove & Recycle service? Then we’ll take your old appliance away with us when we leave.
What you need to do
Make sure we’ve got clear access to the kitchen and that your new appliance will fit. Take a look at our measurement guide to make measuring up easy.
There’ll need to be a connection point within 1 metre of where your new appliance is going. There’ll also need to be a cold water supply and waste hose connector behind it.
If your new washing machine or washer dryer is going next to a dishwasher, then you’ll need a Y piece to split the cold water supply between the two appliances. Don’t have one? You can find them in any hardware store.
What we don't cover
Here’s everything our installation service doesn’t cover.
- We don’t install vented tumble dryers, but if you’d like a condenser or heat pump tumble dryer installing then we can fit these for you.
- If there’s an issue with your plumbing, we won’t be able to install. If your water flow is acting up or you’re missing necessary parts, we’ll have to rearrange.
- We can’t make any changes to the plumbing in your house.
- We can’t make any big changes to your kitchen units, so you’ll need to make sure your new appliance will fit before we arrive. We can only make small amendments if they’re really needed.
- We won’t be able to fit your new appliance if your cupboards are damaged or in poor condition.

- Will you hardwire my new laundry product?
Yes, we’ll hardwire your new appliance as part of installation.
- Will you disconnect my old laundry product?
Of course. This is included as part of installation.
- Can you install on a different day to delivery?
No. Installation can only be done on delivery day.
- Can I add installation after ordering?
Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. You can add installation up until 2pm the day before your original delivery date. Jump on live chat or give us a ring to get this sorted.
- How soon can I have my laundry product installed?
Installation is available 7 days a week, but this depends on your location and what engineers are available. You can see what dates are available by adding a product to the basket and entering your postcode.
- Do you install at weekends and bank holidays?
Yes, we do. This depends on where you are and what engineers are available. You can see what dates are available by adding a product to the basket and entering your postcode.
- I live in Northern Ireland, can you still install?
Sorry, but we don’t install integrated appliances in Northern Ireland.
- How much does integrated laundry installation cost?
Installation is £115 per product. Sometimes we do promotional discounts which you’ll see on our product pages and basket or when browsing the site.
