Not impressed but maybe faulty item?

This is a useful size freezer but sadly froze up within weeks meaning two drawers can't be opened. I guess it's a faulty model. Needs repairing but a video call has been requested - which is not convenient, before anyone will repair it. In teh mean time a family of 5 are having to cope without a freezer. Not impressed.
