Worked well for 3 years, but has now started melting plugs and sockets, which appears to be a fault of the main board failing to control the heater temperature, thereby drawing more and more current until something gives. I've since used it with an extension lead and it triggers the lead's thermal cut-out every time.

It does what it says, some lengthy programmes!! But have worked out the best for me, the location of the water tank is stupid! I am 70 and struggle to get down so low to empty it,but it dries well and has a large drum, a pity the location of the water tank is not mentioned in any information on the drier, also the removable cover for the water tank andcsecond filter is flimsy, i dont think it will last long , we boight online, i wish we had gone into a store to.buy as the location of the water tank , for me would have been a deal breaker.

I think this the best dryer at the price on the market and you don’t need a degree in computer design to operate it. Great price from A0 and the delivery and service was first class.

Excellent dryer but the smart touch does nit work with Apple IOS
