our BEKO Freestanding Tall freezer broke down on while still on warranty. The support was very poor. When the service man arrived he warned it should not be kept in cold places, however he also mentioned that our basement should be good enough and he has no other idea why it failed. BEKO 24/7 line is unresponsive during weekends, they also take days to respond to e-mails and still longer for the service man to show up only to find out he has no parts at hand and you will have to wait weeks for them. Even though the BEKO Freestanding Tall freezer was less than two years old. In our case all food went to waste before they showed up with a replacement which took them nearly two months to arrange.

Very pleased with this freezer after one weeks use. Super quiet and very smart in my garage.

Massive simple setup perfect for what we need

very roomy, well built

Larger than normal which is what we wanted. Slightly noisier than expected but as it is in the utility room it doesn't matter. Generally happy with it at the moment - hoping that this continues.

Massive freezer, nice to have a mix of open shelves and drawers. Plus under the drawers are glass shelves so you can have more open shelving if preferred. Very happy with our purchase.
