Rustle up a legendary curry with this Haier induction hob. The 80cm glass-ceramic top runs four zones in three sizes, from a 1200 Watts small one for blooming spices to a 3000 Watts large one that takes a wide pan. Varycook borrows a trick from professional kitchens. Glide the pan to the high-power section for a hard boil, leave it in the medium-power section for everyday cooking, or bring it to the low-power section to simmer a sauce steadily, all without touching a control. Pan detection heats only the part of the zone your cookware covers, so none of the power goes into bare glass. Fancy a break from your usual?
