    Freezer is very quiet. Good variety of drawer sizes. Top 2 shelves are with a drop down cover and things can slip through the bottom of the cover but otherwise really pleased with the freezer.

    I bought this fridge with its identical freezer for my new house which is under renovation so ii didn’t turn them on yet but I’m sure they are perfect matches to the kitchen

    Freezer temperature alert continually bleeping

    Just received our Smeg freezer but had a problem with a continual bleeping of the temperature alarm so we couldn't use it for a week before the engineer arrived to fix it. Problem due to door sensor not being connected properly and fan not working

      We’ll get your new freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. If your appliance comes with handles and they’re packaged separately, then unfortunately the drivers won’t be able to fit them for you.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
