We bought this machine as a replacement for our other branded that we felt was not doing a very good job. This machine is absolutely brilliant, it’s fast, the app function is handy and in general my home now smells lovely with the fresh smell of clean washing everywhere. I had a white hat that I put in my old machine that came out dirty but kept it knowing my new machine would be here soon, on my first white wash in the new machine I put in the same hat and it has came out like brand new! Well impressed with this and I’m even looking at other Miele appliances now.

After getting through 3 washing machines in 10 years and already having a miele drier, we decides to invest in the miele washing machine. It's a lovely machine and has a great range of wash cycles, you can just see the quality and its great knowing its going to last.

I bought it in hope to be long lasting one. After few days it is hard to say anything. However Miele is famous from lasting 15-20 years. On positive note - it is quite quiet. Programs are flexible, i mean you can modify them with options quite freely. Other companies does not have this level of flexibility. Right hinge! I think Miele is the last one to offer opposite solution to main stream. Very important factor to me. The washing machine is having a lot of programable functions accessible via special menu. I had to switch off multiple sounds (bleeps). But there is more to program. I decided not to use Wi-Fi related functions - personal preference. So far I am happy customer :-)

Bought this to replace our old Hotpoint of which only the frame and shell are original everything else has been replaced a number of times, where my Mum's 20 years old Miele has never missed a beat. Build quality is excellent as expected. It's so quiet compared to my old one. Only 2 minor niggles, 1) the door hinge is on the right, means moving washing to the tumble dryer a little awkward - I need to see if it's possible to change that, and 2) the standard wash cycles are significantly longer that my old machine - but I guess we'll get used to that and finally 3), it goes to sleep when not used for a while and takes what seems like 30 seconds or more to wake up.
