Marmalade Sandwich Pizza
This one’s for the bears who prefer their pizza a little more… orangey. Inspired by a certain well-dressed traveller with a love of marmalade sandwiches, this slice swaps the usual tomato and cheese for sticky, sweet marmalade on a doughy base – topped with its own mini triangle of white bread.
Here's what you'll need (makes one pizza)…
- 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
- 75g marmalade
- 4 slices of white bread, crusts off and cut into triangles
Spread the sweetness
Roll out your pizza dough and cover with a layer of chunky marmalade, leaving the crust bare.
Bake it up
Pop into the pizza oven for 2 minutes.
Prep the topper
While it bakes, cut your bread into neat triangles.
Slice & finish
Remove the pizza, cut into four, then top each slice with a bread triangle.
