    Three Bears Porridge Slice Pizza

    Too hot? Too cold? Or just right? However you like it, this sweet pizza is inspired by the classic breakfast of choice for the three bears. We’ve swapped the usual toppings for a cosy combo of creamy porridge, juicy blueberry compote, honey drizzle and a sprinkle of cinnamon

    Here's what you'll need (makes one pizza)…

    • 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)

    For the porridge:

    • 50g oats
    • 125ml milk
    • Pinch of cinnamon

    For the blueberry compote:

    • 100g blueberries
    • 1 tsp honey
    • 1 tsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp water (Cook together on medium heat for 5–10 mins until thickened)

    For the toppings:

    • Drizzle of honey
    • Pinch of cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp toasted oats

    Base layer

    Roll out your pizza dough, then spread an even layer of blueberry compote across the base, leaving the crust bare.

    Porridge dollops

    Add spoonfuls of the creamy porridge on top, spacing them out like pepperoni on a classic slice.

    Bake it

    Pop into your pizza oven for 2 minutes until the edges crisp.

    Finish with flair

    Sprinkle over toasted oats, drizzle generously with honey and dust with cinnamon.

    Serve it up

    Slice into four and enjoy – whether too hot, too cold or just right.
