Find out everything you need to know about our integrated fridge & freezer installation service.
Our fully trained team will get your integrated fridge, freezer or fridge freezer set up for just £115. We’re fully approved by the NICEIC. Don’t know them? They’re only the UK’s leading electrical assessor. Find out what’s included in this service and what you can do to prepare for us.
What we'll do
We’ll get your new fridge or freezer unpacked once we arrive and we’ll even clean up any mess we make.
If you’ve selected our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll happily disconnect your old one for you. We’ll get your old fridge or freezer disconnected and out of the way. All part of the job.
Then we’ll attach your new fridge or freezer to your furniture door, including door reversal if needed and your model is eligible, make sure it’s level and then put it in place. If you need your fridge or freezer hardwiring, we’ll get that sorted for you too.
Chosen our Remove & Recycle service? We’ll take your old fridge or freezer with us when we’re done.
What you need to do
The mechanism for opening your new fridge or freezer (it’ll either be a sliding or a hinged door) needs to be the same as your existing cupboard door. You’ll find the info you need on the product page under the Installation tab.
If you’re getting a fridge freezer, the split will need to match the split of your cupboard doors. So, whether your cupboards are top heavy (70/30) or split evenly (50/50), you’ll need to make sure your new fridge freezer matches by checking the Key Information tab on the product page.

If your cupboards or housing units need any changes to fit your new fridge or freezer, make sure you’ve made them before we arrive. Make sure your cupboard doors are in good condition, just so there are no issues when we’re fitting them.
We can plug in or hardwire your new product. If it needs plugging in, make sure there’s a 3-pin socket (regular plug socket) within 1 metre of where your fridge or freezer is going.
What we don't cover
Here’s everything our installation service doesn’t cover.
- We won’t turn on your fridge or freezer because it needs 4 hours to let the cooling gases settle. Just don’t forget to turn it on later, unless you want your milk to be lukewarm.
- We won’t make any changes to your property. We’re only here to install your new fridge or freezer.
- We’ll remove all the outer packaging, but we’ll leave any wrapping that’s inside to you. We don’t like to root around too much.
- Any extra equipment that’s needed (like extension cables), you’ll need to provide.
- If the opening mechanism for the fridge or freezer isn’t the same as the cupboard door, we won’t be able to install.
FAQs
- How much does integrated fridge and freezer installation cost?
Installation is £115 per product. Sometimes we do promotional discounts which you’ll see on our product pages and basket or when browsing the site.
- Can I add installation after ordering?
Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. You can add installation up until 2pm the day before your original delivery date. Jump on live chat or give us a ring to get this sorted.
- Will you disconnect my old fridge or freezer?
Disconnection is a separate service that you’ll need to select in the basket.
- I live in Northern Ireland, can you still install?
Sorry, but we don’t install integrated appliances in Northern Ireland.
- How soon can I have my fridge or freezer installed?
Installation is available 7 days a week, but this depends on your location and what engineers are available. You can see what dates are available by adding a product to the basket and entering your postcode.
- I need my integrated fridge or freezer hardwiring – can you do this?
If we need to, we can hardwire your new fridge or freezer.
- Do I need to let the gases settle in my fridge or freezer before I turn it on?
Yes. Normally you need to wait around 4 hours, but make sure you check the manual for your product as your fridge or freezer may need more or less time.
- If you don’t install, can I have a refund?
You’ll have to get in touch with us so we can sort out a refund for the service.
