We’re still delivering to our customers safely, but following the latest Government advice we’ve had to temporarily suspend some of our installation services. We can still offer an installation service for any American Fridge Freezers and any built-in cooking products, except for LPG models. Unfortunately we’re not able to offer installation for any other appliances, but as soon as this changes we’ll let you know.

Installation is £90 per product. Sometimes we do promotional discounts which you’ll see on our product pages and basket or when browsing the site.
Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. You can add installation up until 5pm the day before your original delivery date. Jump on live chat or give us a ring to get this sorted.
Disconnection is a separate service that you’ll need to select in the basket.
Yes, we install in Northern Ireland, but it’ll be a third party that will drop off your fridge or freezer and do the installation.
Installation is available 7 days a week, but this depends on your location and what engineers are available. You can see what dates are available by adding a product to the basket and entering your postcode.
If we need to, we can hardwire your new fridge or freezer.
Yes. Normally you need to wait around 4 hours, but make sure you check the manual for your product as your fridge or freezer may need more or less time.
You’ll have to get in touch with us so we can sort out a refund for the service.
