We’re still delivering to our customers safely, but following the latest Government advice we’ve had to temporarily suspend some of our services, including Unpack. As soon as this changes we’ll let you know.
Whether you’re updating your washing machine or treating yourself to a new telly, we’ll unpack your product for you as soon as we deliver it. And like any good houseguest, we’ll tidy up after ourselves and shift any cardboard or polystyrene, ready to be recycled. Any of the interior packaging we’ll leave up to you.
If your product happens to show up without any packaging, don’t panic. We run a tight ship, so our drivers will sometimes unbox your appliance in the van so it’s ready to go as soon as it’s through your door.
And don’t forget that if you’ve paid for one of our installation services, our Unpack service is free. Otherwise you’ll need to add it to your basket before you checkout.

Unfortunately not. Our delivery team will take away outer packaging like cardboard and polystyrene, but we’ll leave the rest up to you.
