    Celeriac Chips With Sea Salt And Chipotle Mayonnaise

    • 500g celeriac
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tsp sea salt

      For the chipotle mayonnaise

    • 125ml mayonnaise, light
    • ½-1 tsp chipotle pepper paste


    Preheat the oven to 200C.

    Peel celeriac and cut into chunky chips.

    Toss with olive oil and sea salt.

    Roast in the oven for 45 minutes until golden and soft inside. The chips should be as soft as potato chips on the inside.

    Before serving in a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with chipotle paste and serve immediately.
