Katie is always walking or playing with her dog Nugget (yes, he’s named after a chicken nugget). Through him, she’s found her love of exploring new places in the UK countryside, where she’ll also get a few sneaky shots for Insta. Her adventures often cross over into the rest of the world; you’ll either find her seeking out the best cocktail at a beach bar, or queuing for the biggest thrill-ride at a theme park.
