Great product at a reasonable price Bought as a replacement , never had a condenser dryer before but pleased with the ease of fitting and use

I’ve had this dryer less than 6 months and it’s been a complete waste of money. I bought it on the strength of the good reviews, but it hasn’t lived up to, or even come close to any of them. In the past I like to part dry clothes either on the washing line or maiden and finish in the dryer to save costs. I cannot do that with this machine as it doesn’t get any warmer than its surroundings and then it automatically switches off before anything is dry. It’s been an absolute joke having to direct a blow heater on it before I can dry anything. I’ve even had the engineer out thinking it was faulty, I was informed it’s just the way heat pumps work. Claiming they work better in summer!! I absolutely would not recommend this machine or a heat pump anything if this is anything to go by. I’m currently looking to buy a new dryer; one without a heat pump!

Can someone please tell me how to change the temperature settings. On every programme it just blows out cold air. Only used it 3 times so it's not blocked. Think I may have a faulty one. I will call AO. Not happy.

The dryer itself is great but the design not the best! With it being an integrated dryer the way it is the drawer does not open because the kitchen unit is in the way. I have to now either have no door on my kitchen or buy another one that opens the other way! I had no issues with the last one I had regarding the emptying of the water. Not the best experience

Can't seem to change the temperature. Therefore clothes are taking ages to dry

My wife was a bit hesitant about getting a "Heat Pump Tumble Dryer", having already had a condenser dryer in the past (which she hated) and a vented dryer (which she loved), but unfortunately came to the end of its life and needed replacing, i am however glad to say the she is made up with the "Beko DTIKP71131W Integrated 7Kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer" and says its a lot better than she expected. its just a shame vented tumble dryer's are becoming very hard to get especially integrated one's as she still insist they where better.
