We want you to love everything you get from ao.com, so we’ll do whatever we can to help if your product is faulty. First things first, root out your product manual for any troubleshooting tips. No luck? Manufacturers know their products like the back of their hand, so they should know what’s to blame. Find your manufacturer on the list below, give them a call and they’ll talk you through the next steps. Before you do, you’ll need a couple of things:

• Track down the serial number of your faulty product. We don’t keep a copy of this, you can only find it on your product.
• You’ll also need to have your invoice to hand. You're probably thinking, “where on earth is that?” Luckily, My Account has it saved for you. Simply enter your email address and password and there it is.
