Lovely machine I’m sure. But unfortunately it didn’t fit the space as it was too deep. My fault for not measuring correctly. AO were great and allowed me to exchange it for another one, refund on the difference, and no additional charges. Superb!

Really quiet, washes very well and the drying cycle gets the cloths dry enough that they dry completely very quickly once hung up. You can put the drying cycle on for longer if needed.

Easy to read dial and display. Good set of Instructions to understand all the different cycles. 30 min dry is very effective

The machine it's self is brill, the staff not so, delivery people fantastic.

Excellent machine. Whisper quiet whilst washing. The spin-cycle is pretty quiet too, even though the machine is on floor-boards (our previous machine made a huge racket whilst spinning). Just wish we had greater flexibility around wash temperature for the various programmes - eg you can't set 30C on standard wash programs. And the vaunted 'steam refresh' only works on a small subset of programmes.

It’s a good washing machine, it would have been nice if you could select the temperature to 30 degrees not 40. There is a 20 degree long wash which I find good, and a 30 degree short wash I just liked on my old machine the longer 30 degree wash! I really enjoy the large capacity it has which means I have been able to do less washes

I ordered online as my previous washer/dryer gave up on me and AO were fast and efficient with delivery. So far the washing machine has been great, has a good mix of wash cycles, pre clean facility and the dryer appears good… overall a great machine do far
