Having bought our first home this year, my husband and I decided on an induction hob. This hob is fab! I love that it cools down quickly and you can set timers for what you’re cooking. I’ve even used a bakestone on it to make Welsh cakes and it still looks brand new. Touch buttons so no annoying dials poking up, which also makes it easier to clean. Really easy to use. Absolutely love it!

Excellent temperature control, brings pans to the boil in no time expect to make a saving on electric. Touch slider a little bit sensitive but getting used to it. Overall very pleased. Comes with pre installed wire from hob not plug ended like some so you may need an electrician to install depending on your diy skills.

Nice hob with flexispace and four pre-set My Menu functions. AO installed for me. Very professional service would certainly recommend. Although nothing to do with AO, the Hotpoint Users Instruction manual is hopeless as it does not properly describe exactly what you have to do to work the pre-set functions. Hotpoint helpline doesn't know either. Eventually, go there by trial and error. Offered to tell Hotpoint where the User Manual is erroneous but never heard from them.

Easy to clean, easy to operate. Each active area has 18 heat settings, controlled by moving your finger across the relevent control strip, so you've got reliable control over temperature. Max power boils a pot of water like a kettle. The timers for can be used to automatically turn off any active area, which is a nice touch. We got an electrician to fit our appliance, and this cost was actually cheaper than using AO's installation service, though we still need to get rid of the old hob now.

Item not installed as yet, as waiting for new kitchen to be fitted. Very pleased with the service from ao.com from ordering to delivery. Communication was excellent, delivery drivers were very polite and helpful. Peter

Upgrade to the one I had before, everything works perfectly, really easy to use. Lots of different settings. I spent ages looking at all different hobs but this one was definitely the best hob available. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to replace there’s.

Really good hob. Works well, has good functionality, heats up and cools down fast and looks good. The only thing I find is that the lines to change the heat are a bit fiddly.
